WIP Wednesday: 27th July

Another week has passed, and apparently so has another month! Have you had a good week?

This week I have been spending a lot of time on this kingsize bed throw. It is 225cm wide, and currently 34cm long. It only needs to be 60cm long, so I am hoping I can finish this in the coming week. It will be my biggest ever make, but I am loving it.

I have added a few more rows to this mermaid tail blanket.

This week I decided to branch out and start making new items for my shop. That includes these coasters:

To celebrate these new products, I have an offer running in my Etsy shop. Use the code NEWRANGE to get 10% off your order.

I haven’t spent a lot of time working on my mother-in-law’s present this week, but I am hoping to finish it tonight. Here is another sneak peek at it:

The colours are gorgeous! Chloe is a fan of it too!

It has been a busy week for us. I can’t remember the last weekend we weren’t doing anything! There was an open day at Worthing fire station at the weekend, so we took the little ones along. Thomas loved it! It was hot and busy, but the little man had a great time. Here he is in the front of a fire engine:

For the first time in ages, I went to the theatre this week! We saw Footloose, and it was amazing! I went with my Mum and a couple of friends. Its not a great photo of me and Mum, but we had a great time!

I have spent this afternoon teaching some friends to crochet. I’ve never taught crochet before but I’m pleased to report they had the hang of it by the time I left! It reminded me of when I first learnt to crochet. It took ages to get to the hang of it! Here is my first ever attempt. As you can see, it’s not that good! Practice makes perfect!

I hope you all have a lovely week!
