WIP Wednesday – 14th September

Hey! How are you all? Sorry this post in later in the day than usual – busy one here for us.

I don’t have too much to show you. I have been working hard on the sweet mermaid tail blanket:

I love the colours in this! I am now working on the fin, which I hope to finish this evening. It is made using two strands of aran yarn together, with a 6mm hook.

I did start and finish one customer order this week:

This is a gorgeous rug, made using Scheepjes Nooodle yarn and a 15mm hook! My customer received it today and she loves it!

This week hasn’t been as busy as last week. We are settling into the new house nicely. My husband’s plan for the evening is to build some of the furniture that arrived today. Mine is to watch the GBBO!

I did decide to treat myself to Shellac nails. They are so pretty – and happen to match the mermaid tail:

I am looking forward to getting this done regularly!

And finally from me, we started Forest School this week. Thomas absolutely loved it! Who doesn’t enjoy running in the trees and playing with mud?

Have a good week!
