The Handmade Fair

Last Saturday I took part in my second craft fair. This time it was a bit more local to where I live – held at St. George’s Hall, Worthing.

To be honest, it wasn’t a very busy event. There weren’t many people visiting, and not many people interested in my baby items, which meant I didn’t sell much. That said, I did get two custom orders, which is really exciting! One is a hat and mittens set, that will be a Christmas present; the other was an adult sized mermaid tail! I cannot wait to start that!

I spent a lot of time preparing for this craft fair, and my brother and sister-in-law helped out a lot. They even bought me the shelves to display items on! They have been a massive help. Here is what my table looked like:

Next time I hope to have a wider range of products, including clothing for adults and items for the home. I would like to have the clothes hanging between the shelves too.

The next craft fair I will be at is in Bognkr Regis on 4th September, at the Waverley. The next Handmade Fair is on Saturday 3rd September.
