I’ve been having a great time in the past couple of months making some brand new products – both crochet and machine sewn.
Look, a crochet cardigan! This is newborn size, made using Cygnet beige yarn with a lovely green edge. This is my first cardigan, and I loved making it. It was quite easy to make, and there was no sewing up!
How about a bright and light summer scarf? This took longer than I thought it would, but I am pleased with how it has turned out.
This is an adult size poncho. This was fun to make! The yarn is very pretty, but it didn’t eat as much of it as I thought it would. This was a customer order, and a very successful one!
I love these! Look how cute the bear ears are! This was a customer order, and so cute! This is cotton yarn, so lovely and soft. I’ve had more orders for these bear hats, which is understandable – look at them!
This is possibly my favourite blanket at the moment. I have made star blankets before, but this is my first time making this style. This is just beautiful!
Mermaid tail anyone?! This is a newborn mermaid tail cocoon, and is adorable! It was easy to make and looks very effective.
The final new crochet make is these super cute baby flower hair bands! Every little girl needs these!
I’m spending quite a lot of time at my sewing machine at the moment. I had forgotten how much I enjoy it!
This is a lovely little fabric storage box. I have made toy fabric cubes before, so this wasn’t completely new to me. This one is very small, just 10cm tall. I have made a few more in different sizes since then.
I have made name bunting before, but never flag bunting with bias binding. I love this jungle fabric!
I made Thomas some hooded towels but that was quite a while ago. I used a different tutorial for these, which I have made for Chloe. I have since made some of these for my Etsy shop.
And finally, a patchwork cushion. This is for Thomas, and I am pleased with how it has turned out.
